In a dystopian society, The Authority enforces control through constant surveillance, propaganda, and mandatory, party-approved affirmations. He will be guided through this saga by special appearances from Paramount's Own "Jonathan Off Road Rules" of MTV fame, who is a lifelong Lynchian expert and theorist.
