Afton and Mitzi follow up on New Year Resolutions, the balance of traveling and eating, and when your mind has a split personality about goals and feelings. At the end of the day, find ways to be grateful and life has a nice way of feeling content.

Afton visits her oldest child and only daughter, Hillary, who lives in Hawaii with her husband and three children. Afton and Hillary reminisce their mother/daughter memories of days gone by. What a beautiful gift to have a daughter as your best friend.

Even though it's been 30 years since Wendi has been snow skiing, it's like riding a bike. She can do it, with a few mishaps along the way.

Afton and Mitzi host a Sunday evening after dinner podcast with Afton’s sons Zach and Greg, daughter-in-law, Camry, grandkids, nieces, Stephanie and Brittney and Great Grandma Ellie chimes in as well. They reminisce family ties that bind them together, especially childhood Christmas memories.

There have been many Christmas movies that have been produced throughout the years, but a few have lasted enough to be repeatedly watched year after year. Afton and Mitzi sit down with their parents, Stan and Eleanor and reminisce and review the Christmas movie classics.

Jill called in on the last episode with Wendi, but we wanted to give her an episode of her own, so Afton and Mitzi interview Jill about life with her kids, the moments life has been unfair in childhood and adulthood. It gets a little rowdy with sibling rivalry and misunderstandings even in midlife adulthood. We're still trying to accept and figure out the dynamics of our sisterhood.

Wendi joins Afton and Mitzi to share what her midlife moments are, life with adult children, childhood memories, and forgive and move forward with life no matter how difficult it is.

It's Halloween on Friday, the 13th. Afton and Mitzi hiked Spook Hill in Mesa, Arizona. They tell stories about their history with Halloween and the haunted houses some siblings, nieces and nephews enjoyed through the years. 

Afton and Mitzi remember what it was like to be left behind as children. Some people handle scenarios differently than others, whether it's being forgotten or taking matters into your own hands.
