In part two of this series, Khentrul Rinpoche encourages us to reflect on life rather than simply following others and samsaric values.

By then applying and stabilising knowledge of the Dharma to go beyond custom and culture, we develop greater awareness. When this awareness is accompanied by mindfulness and vigilance, we can bring balance to our negativities, transforming them into beneficial qualities, eliminating our weaknesses and building our strengths.

In this series of six teachings, Khentrul Rinpoche demonstrates how the Buddha Dharma, taught over 2,500 years ago, it is still completely relevant to our modern times.

In this first session, while remaining true to the traditional content of Tibetan Buddhism, Rinpoche discusses how we can better understand the Four Convictions of Renunciation by expanding our common sense.
