The boys are feeling positive after a half decent display against Clermont (with the exception of 19 minutes in the middle) and are keen to share their positivity with you. The Black Lion was a result of more than a couple of years of decline and mis-management at the Scarlets - it was hard to take and hard to watch. We discuss the things we would like to see change and the letter from Crys 16 which matches a lot of the things that we have been discussing over the last couple of seasons - and we discuss how we are not the only people that feel this way.

You can feel the anger and frustration through the earphones on this one - it is never easy being a fan of a team that turns in a performance like that last weekend but things will improve and we, as fans, have a part to play in that. Big (E)m dons his pretty pink hair band to try and compete with Huw's headwear as they both try to distract themselves from the Scarlets performance last weekend. Unfortunately, the game needed to be spoken about and while they try to find a few positives - it was not an easy task.

There is other stuff going on but that game will haunt the boys thoughts for a while.

Lee G spends a bit of time chatting with our round 2 opponents forwards coach Rito Hlungwani. Rito is one of the nicest guys in the game and the chat ranges from the weather (obviously), to recruitment through off season, expectations for this season, the SA team and the World Cup and what the Scarlets can expect when we meet next week. It is well worth listening to the bit about schoolboy rugby and why it is so important for building the game in South Africa - and Rito's advice for the WRU.
