in a fairly basic #groundhogday minute 27, phil rushes to gobbler's knob, pushing past ned ryerson, skips his report, and i get into a rant about running and imdb goofs. 

minute 26 of #groundhogday is relatively simple, but this episode gets into the weeds, with input from Rubin, Ramis, Tobolowsky, and me as to whether or not a particular scene was actually shot.

phil can't handle his second report--and neither can larry--there's still no hot water, and telephone company customer service wins by hanging up in #groundhogday minute 25.
