As thousands flocked to the Jersey shore in the summer of 1916 none could anticipate the horrors that awaited them. At least in part because no one at the time believed that sharks were dangerous. Indeed never before in American history was their an officially recorded incident of a shark attacking a person. That however would change when over the span of 12 days 5 people would be attacked by a shark or sharks.

In 1976 the Canadian band Rush hadn't really found theri identity yet. In fact they were very much in danger of being dropped by their record label after the disappointing failure of their 3rd album Carress of Steel. With Commissioner Oswald failing to alleviate the growing tensions in Attica events lead to an unplanned and spontaneous riot on the 9th of September 1971. In 1890 250-300 Lakota Sioux, mostly women and children were killed by American soldiers. At the time this event was called a battle and even hailed as a great victory.
