If you ask most Christians why they want success in business, they'll say something like, "to make a lot of money, so I can extend the kingdom of God." This is a noble motivation, but most Christians who say this are lying to themselves, because they believe God would not approve of their true motive. Here's the problem: when you lie to yourself about why you want success, you won't be successful. Success is built on true motives. And guess what, if your true motive is to make a lot of money to have an enjoyable life for you...

The vision God has given you requires many decisions that need to be made for you to accomplish it, from simple decisions like the color of your website to major decisions like where should your business or ministry be located. So, is God directing every single decision you need to make? Not really. It is more like a partnership with God than God being a dictator.
