We had a great time in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the 2021 Barrel and Flow Fest. We had the chance to meet a lot of people. We had some very good beers. HAPPY NATIONAL IPA DAY!! We figured that this will be a great day to do a show. National IPA Day on the first Thursday in August celebrates the beer known as India Pale Ale Beer. IPA is one of the most popular types of craft beers, it’s also making a resurgence with local microbreweries. Many are experiencing success as their brew finds its way into local restaurants and pubs.

In this episode, we try the Intergalactose Mead by Garagiste Meadery in collaboration with Arkane Aleworks out of the Tampa Bay area. This mead is expected to have a great deal of passionfruit and raspberries. They added some vanilla to create the body that they wanted. Arkane is known for their sours. So it is really interesting that they chose to make a collaborative effort with a meadery.
